This CD-ROM is the first digital publication of OSSREA. In addition to the full text documents, the CD contains a fully indexed cumulative bibliography together with abstracts of over fifty research works and other documents published by OSSREA from 1990 to 2000. The type of works incorporated in the CD range from books and monographs, to issues of the OSSREA journal, the research reports and other series publications. It is a virtual library that serves as an informative source material for researchers, graduate students, teachers, development practitioners, policy makers and donors that want to refer to OSSREA’s research outputs in a variety of subject areas during the last decade or so.
