Jury Meetings
The jury for the OSSREA Fifteenth Gender Issues and Seventeenth Social Science Research Grant Competitions met from 31st August to 5th September 2003 at Villa Caroline Hotel, Flic en Flacq, Mauritius. During this meeting, OSSREA was able to establish its sixteenth Chapter in Mauritius, which is expected to cover operations in Madagascar, the Seychelles and the Comoros Islands.
The Jury members for the Seventeenth Social Science are:

The Jury members for the Fifteenth Gender Issues Competition are:

Prof. Marvellous Mhloyi, University of Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe
Prof. Lulu Tswulu, University of Port Elizabeth, South Africa
In the winners’ workshop to be held from 19th - 23rd October 2003 in Addis Ababa, funds will be disbursed to the 50 winners of the Fifteenth Gender Issues and the Seventeenth Social Science Young Scholars Research Grant Competitions.
