Deputy Executive Secretary Appointed Member of the International Advisory Council of ICS
The Deputy Executive Secretary of OSSREA, Dr Alfred G. Nhema, was recently appointed a member of the International Advisory Council of the Institute of Commonwealth Studies (ICS) at the University of London in May 2002. Dr Nhema joins a selected group of eminent academics and representatives of foundations, corporations and the media from a wide range of countries and regions that include Australia, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Canada, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, the Caribbean and South Asia.
