OSSREA Executive Committee Meets
The OSSREA Executive Committee held its regular meeting on 17 April 2006 at the Novotel Hotel, Kigali, Rwanda. At the meeting, the Executive Secretary presented a report on activities of the Organization and the Committee discussed a range of policy issues. The Executive Committee selected the jury for the annual research grant competitions and gave guidelines and directives on other ongoing and planned activities of the Organization. While in Rwanda, the Executive Committee also met Hon. Mrs. Nsanzabaganwa Monique, Minister of State in Charge of Planning at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, and the Rector of the National University of Rwanda, and visited the new office of the Chapter.
