OBITUARY
It was with shock and grief that we learnt the sad news that Dr. Wycliffe Robert Chilowa, the OSSREA Liaison Officer in Malawi had passed away. The death of Dr. Chilowa is a loss not only to his beloved family but also to the Eastern and Southern African academic and research community. The Executive Committee, the Executive Secretary, and the entire staff of OSSREA would like to extend their condolences to his family and friends.
