Sandvold, Senior Executive Officer of NORAD; Raymond Genesse, Program Manager of Oxfam-Canada; Asbjørn Løvbraek, Adviser, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Norway; Rune Nilson, Vice-Director, University of Bergen, Norway; Ahmed E. Sidahmed, International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Italy; Dr. El Fatih Shaaeldin, Representative of African Development Bank (ADB) in Ethiopia; and Håkon Fottland, Managing Director of Centre for Environment and Development Studies (SEMUT) visited the headquarters of the OSSREA Secretariat in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
