Rural Water Tenure in East Africa

The project is implemented by the African Centre for Technology Studies (ACTS), Nairobi, Kenya, and coordinated by OSSREA. 

Objectives

The project aimed to analyze the water policy of Tanzania and compare with the situation in Kenya, focusing on recent attempts to move towards a participatory, demand-management approach to rural water supply.
